His responsibilities have ranged from a Field Engineer to General Director of an international business unit. With positions as Project Manager, Sales Manager, Global Market Manager, New Product Development, and Commercial Manager John is familiar with all aspects of highly successful business operation.

Pam Smith

For more than seventeen years Pam Smith has been a communication leader at the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment. Pam works effectively with citizens, industry professionals and other government agencies in the areas of onsite wastewater systems and development proposals and routinely makes presentations at public hearings. Now she’s branching out, using those seventeen years as a communication leader to help companies and government agencies improve rapport with clients and staff and increase their bottom line.

Pam is a DISC Certified Human Behavior Consultant, having received her training from Dr. Robert Rohm at Personality Insights, Inc. She has worked with business leaders, and schools, and has held classes to help people become better communicators in their personal and professional relationships.

Dr. Mark Hensley

Dr. Hensley is an Encourager and Friend to Pastors.  He is the founder of  Mark Hensley Ministries, a ministry to provide Strategic Leadership Training and mentoring to area Pastors and the Churches they serve. 

For nearly 20 years Mark Hensley has been helping people discover their unique innate abilities. Through Pastoring, mentoring, leading and coaching, he has assisted several non-profit organizations in achieving a more directed and focused community relationship. In addition to being an experienced public speaker Mark has facilitated numerous small group sessions resulting in the equipping of others to face life’s challenges. A leader in the true sense of the word, Mark has guided hundreds of other people to discover their own strengths and gifts. He has a heart and passion for assisting them to use this new found knowledge to better their lives both personally and professionally. Along with

Mark’s many years of experience, he has also taken the time and energy to better himself by achieving many educational goals.

After completing his Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree at Hardin Simmons University, Mark earned a Master of Arts in Education.

Mark was awarded the R. Othal Feather Award in Education in 2004. The award is given to a student who not only has maintained a high grade point average but who has demonstrated proficiency for research in education.

In 2005, Mark reached another milestone when he completed his Doctoral degree in Education with an emphasis in leadership.
